Aqua Arthritis

This class is intended for those with impaired joint movement. Participants should be able to walk and/or do a moderate job comfortably in the pool. The program includes exercises to improve the participant’s overall function and performance of daily tasks, mobility, gait, independence, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Participants should be comfortable with moderate levels of water movement. Noodles may be used for flotation. The components of the basic program are warm up, joint range of motion for flexibility & strength, endurance, active stretch, and relaxation. Increase cardiovascular health while using water resistance to tone and define your body. Great for those just starting a fitness program. Included in membership
