Women’s Health, Pelvic rehabilitation, Herman & Wallace Pelvic Institute, USA Triathlon Coaching, Neuro-motor dysfunction, SFMA & FMS clinician, Certified Pilates instructor, Sports related injuries.
Hobbies and Interests:
Amy has always been an avid athlete and has coached across the age-ability range in triathlon, swimming and running. She previously competed as Cat 2 cyclist for a few years and now loves to get out running on the gorgeous trails of our region and cross training with friends.
