Our Chair Yoga program is specifically designed for individuals who want to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Using a chair for stability and support, participants can experience many of the benefits of traditional yoga and gentle exercise without the need to get on the floor.

Gentle stretching movements help reduce stiffness and improve range of motion, making everyday activities such as reaching, bending, and walking easier and more comfortable.

Chair Yoga is a great start before graduating into the Balance Program for some people.
