A low-impact, mindful movement practice rooted in traditional forms that links breath with slow, fluid
motion. Tai Chi supports improved balance, coordination, core stability, and mental focus — all of
which are valuable for aging adults and those looking to increase functional mobility. This class is
appropriate for beginners and more advanced participants alike. Dr. Chang has taught Tai Chi here for
over 20 years.
