RHWC's unique yoga classes offer a holistic approach to total body wellness. Just a few benefits of this approach reduced stress & tension, increased strength & muscle tone, more energy & vitality, improved flexibility, posture, and breathing. Our yoga instructor, Lisa Klirinomos, teaches a vinyasa-based yoga integrates alignment, breathing, self-discovery strength and fluid movement with intuition and compassion. This form of Hatha yoga creates a moving meditation through which the student can discover how to feel balanced, centered and coordinated while increasing flexibility and stamina. Lisa self-discovery began 20 years ago with the study and practice of meditation. This study evolved when she discovered yoga which provided discipline and grounding for her inner journey. She has traveled across the country and abroad to study with many gifted teachers: Eric Shiffman, Sarah Powers, Baron Batiste and David Life to name a few. Lisa has earned multiple certifications in advanced training and various yoga styles. Now, in the tradition of yoga, Lisa shares her knowledge and experience with her students at the Roseville Health and Wellness Center. After over a decade of dedicated study and practice, she will guide you on your own journey to self-discovery. Included in membership
